Part-Time Front Desk Associate

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and community-minded Front Desk Associate to join our team. If you love connecting with people, enjoy creating welcoming spaces, and have an interest in yoga, Lagree, or wellness, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and first-time guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Check clients in for classes and help new visitors feel comfortable in the studio.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist members with bookings, memberships, retail purchases, and studio information.
- Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Help with light administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintaining accurate member records.
- Support studio events, workshops, and special community initiatives as needed.
- Work collaboratively with instructors and the management team to ensure an exceptional studio experience.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, positive personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when needed.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience is an asset but not required.
