Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing friendly, knowledgeable support through phone and email.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, comfortable speaking on the telephone, highly organized, and possesses strong Excel and communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Track and report customer service metrics using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and customer service summaries as required.
- Process and manage customer requests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Comfortable and confident speaking with customers on the telephone.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
