Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of work areas, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed, including cleaning equipment and facilities.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
