Job Description
- Mixing, preparing and baking pastries and desserts
- Assist pastry chef
- Dessert preparation
- Dessert plating and styling
- Cutting up fruits and necessary produce
- Assure cleanliness of area
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma from recognized program
- Minimum of 1 year of baking experience
- Mastery of cooking, baking and mixing techniques
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Schedule flexibility (nights, days and weekends as needed)
- MAPAQ certification
