American Process Group, a division of SANEXEN is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team at our Acheson Office, near Edmonton. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of projects
- Track project progress, budgets, and key milestones to keep work schedule
- Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
- Generate regular project reports, including status updates and key performance indicators
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist with procurement, pricing reviews, and cost tracking
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or similar role
- Diploma or degree in construction, civil engineering, project management or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project lifecycles
- Strong organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (D365)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach
