Job Summary
We are seeking a Shop Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized environment. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic setting and are eager to contribute to the success of our business. Hours would be full or part time, Monday to Friday, Saturdays optional but not required.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment
- Sanding, sandblasting, taping tractors to be painted
- Wrenching and basic repair work
- Operating equipment
Experience
- Ability to work independently on tasks.
- Basic knowledge of operating equipment (tractor, loader, truck and trailer)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
