We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Supervisor to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising staff, managing workflow, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods to support team efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Train and mentor new kitchen staff, promoting a positive team environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving operational issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service, including cooking, food preparation, and meal assembly within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation practices.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, kitchen equipment, and food industry best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
