Rossmount Inn & Restaurant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team for the 2026 season.
As one of New Brunswick's most respected culinary destinations, Rossmount is known for refined, ingredient-driven cuisine rooted in the region's finest local and seasonal products.

A genuine interest in working with fresh, regionally sourced ingredients and evolving seasonal menus is essential.
Breakfast at the Rossmount is strictly open to guests of the Inn and runs from 8:00am to 10:00am with a made to order menu designed by the Executive Chef. At full occupancy, the breakfast cook and accompanying server will accommodate over 40 people.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready work area
- Execute daily prep independently with discipline and attention to detail
- Work confidently with local, seasonal ingredients and adapt to rotating menus as directed by the Executive Chef
- Maintain par levels and assist with ordering. This includes daily shopping following breakfast service
- Uphold Rossmount's standards for quality, food safety, and sanitation

- Experience in a quality-driven kitchen
- Ability to manage the kitchen independently and efficiently
- Calm, focused, and professional under pressure
- Passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
- Availability for mornings, weekends, and peak season
- Valid drivers license
