Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support our powder coating operations. The successful candidate will assist in preparing parts for coating, operating equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring quality standards are met. No prior powder coating experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating (e.g., cleaning, masking, sanding, hanging).
- Load and unload parts on racks or conveyor systems.
- Assist in the application of powder coating using spray equipment (under supervision if necessary).
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Assist in equipment maintenance and routine cleaning.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work cooperatively with the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or coating is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift up to [50 lbs / 23 kg] and stand for long periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to high temperatures, loud noise, and powder coating materials.
- Requires use of safety gear such as masks, gloves, and protective clothing.

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
