Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver/Installer to join our team. This role involves transporting portable saunas to customer locations around southern Ontario, performing professional installations which can be done easily with a screwdriver, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must be physically strong and in relatively good shape. Most of the day is driving but getting the saunas up and down staircases inside customer homes is physically demanding. If you are not strong enough to lift several large panels up staircases and into basements, this job is not for you. Must have a valid Ontario driver's license with a clear record and no points.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver portable pre-fab saunas to residential or commercial sites. Install, assemble, and connect the saunas as per instruction.
- Perform routine appliance repairs or troubleshooting as needed during installation or service calls.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols during transportation and installation processes.
Skills
- Some carpentry or assembly experience is helpful, although the saunas are consumer friendly to install.
- Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities.
- Experience with appliance assembly and installation procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate delivery vehicles safely.
- Physical dexterity for lifting heavy appliances, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in technical tasks.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
