Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality while managing staff, budgets, and guest services.
Duties
- Supervise and lead hotel staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a positive environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by promoting excellent customer service across all departments.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services management.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Strong human resources skills, including recruitment and training experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
