Shore Cycle & Marine is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our dealership.
This is an opportunity for a strong operational leader who enjoys building, high-performing teams, improving processes, and creating an exceptional customer service experience. You will oversee all departments, develop managers, drive accountability, and ensure the dealership continues to grow while maintaining the reputation we have built in our community since 1978.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the overall operation of the dealership.
· Develop, coach, and support department managers.
· Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
· Monitor operational and financial performance.
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
· Ensure departments work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
· Support recruitment, employee development, and succession planning.
· Foster strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and community partners.
Qualifications:
· Has proven leadership experience managing multiple departments.
· Leads with integrity, accountability, and respect.
· Are confident making decisions and solving problems.
· Understands business operations and financial performance.
· Builds strong teams and develops people.
· Thrives in a fast-paces, customer-focused environment.
· Has experience in marine, powersports, automotive, retail, or a related industry.
