Bilingual Call Centre Representatives in the
legal field.

In this full-time role, you will handle calls and emails in English and French, provide accurate solutions, and deliver a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound calls and emails in English and French with professionalism

Investigate client inquiries and provide accurate, timely solutions

Apply knowledge and tools to resolve issues on first contact

Document interactions clearly while following established procedures

Deliver empathetic service while managing multiple systems
Requirements:-
Demonstrate strong bilingual communication skills in English and French

Experience in customer service or call centre environments

Exhibit strong data entry and written communication abilities

Navigate Microsoft Office and multiple systems comfortably
