Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on styles and products.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently.
- Must adhere to sanitation standards and maintain a clean work environment.
