We are seeking a dynamic Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client's procurement and logistics team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in supply chain management, vendor relations, and procurement processes for a global technology organization.
Employment Type: Contract to December 2027 possibly to Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchase order creation and tracking through ERP systems or similar platforms
- Process invoices, custom and shipping documents
- Receive incoming shipments and replenish inventory reports
- Track customers' orders
- Report and process claims for damaged and/or missing inventory
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments
- Create and prepare shipping documents, packing labels, BOL's, etc
- Perform inventory cycle counts and update reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Post Secondary in supply chain or related field
- 1-2 years work experience in supply chain and/or logistics considered an asset
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong MS Office skills including data entry
- Team player and hard working
- Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
