Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Washroom Attendants, Cleaners, and Laundry Attendants to support the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our venue. These roles are critical in upholding the first-class ambiance our guests expect. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or premium service environments and possess a strong work ethic, eye for detail, and commitment to cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of guest washrooms, staff areas, and common spaces.
- Restock washroom supplies (toiletries, towels, etc.) and ensure facilities remain presentable at all times.
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and surface disinfecting.
- Handle laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations consistently.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management promptly.
- Ensure discretion, professionalism, and guest comfort at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a cleaning, custodial, or laundry role in hospitality or a similar environment.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures with consistency and thoroughness.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Assets:
- Experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining settings.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly or premium cleaning products.
- Basic communication skills in English.
