Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Post Construction Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing newly constructed or renovated spaces to ensure they are spotless, and ready for occupancy. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in residential projects, providing clients with a pristine environment upon project completion. Prior residential and/or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to quality work. Pay based on number of units completed.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all areas of construction sites, including floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and surfaces
- Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from the site to ensure a safe environment
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas as required
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with project managers or site supervisors to prioritize cleaning tasks and meet project deadlines
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly
Requirements
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures preferred
- Reliable transportation is a plus for timely job site access
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Pay: $75.00-$200.00 per day
