This position is compensated under a commission-based sales structure, offering strong earning potential tied directly to sales performance.
Based on historical sales $61,000/annual salary
Job Description & Duties
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Food Service, the Sales Representative is responsible for selling products to new and existing customers while developing and growing long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving assigned sales targets and driving growth within an established territory
- Conducting on-site customer visits throughout the Prince George to Burns Lake region (including Mackenzie)
- Establishing new customer accounts and maintaining existing accounts
- Taking orders and ensuring accurate and timely follow-up
- In-store product presentation
- Promoting new and existing products
- Providing coverage and support for other sales staff as required
Qualifications/ Experience / Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with an excellent driving record (required)
- Minimum 3 years of Food Service or Restaurant experience (required)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)
