Job Title: Landscape Labourer

Earthlings Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Labourer that has a passion for landscape construction and maintenance, a keen eye for detail and knowledge of the landscape industry.
Responsibilities:
-Assist landscape foreman to efficiently complete high quality landscape projects.
-Collaborate with clients, designer and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
-Organize, maintain and operate landscaping tools and equipment.
-Install, maintain and repair landscapes.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and standards are met.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements.
-Demonstrate skilled operation and maintenance of landscape tools and equipment.
-Able to support the completion of landscape projects, prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to self motivate and be a positive team member.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues or problems quickly.
-Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
