Investment Homes Manitoba is a general contracting company based in Winnipeg, MB focused on renovating residential properties for real estate investors. We are a fast-paced organization currently operating 2 crews with the intent on growing to 4 . Our goal is to renovate residential properties for partners and investors in a timely manner while providing a safe and structured work environment for our crew and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Hand with renovation scope of work to complete tasks including but not limited to: demo, concrete work, carpentry, drywall, flooring installation, bathroom remodels, cabinet installation, etc.
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team lead and supervisor
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the construction team lead and supervisor
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Requirements:
- Experience: must be familiar with all areas of residential renovations and be proactive on site to complete daily and weekly scope of work
- Punctual: must be at work by 8:30am
- Reliable: must be trustworthy to perform duties without supervision
- Diligent: must produce quality workmanship
- Motivated: must showcase a positive attitude and willingness to complete required duties
- Transportation: must be responsible for own transportation to various sites throughout Winnipeg. Own vehicle an asset as site locations change daily
- Tools: must supply own basic tools (can be discussed)
- Footwear: must wear protective footwear on site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
