Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining balanced cash drawers
- Provide product information and demonstrations when necessary, including product demos for technical items or sales
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and improve service flow
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Support team members with organizational tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a broader customer base
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred

Pay: $34.00-$37.96 per hour
