Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales
Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional to join our team. This role is essential in building strong customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in B2B sales, account management, and customer service. Experience with SYSPRO and battery or industrial product knowledge is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, invoices, credits, returns, and warranty claims accurately.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and technical information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the Outside Sales team to generate new business.
- Follow up on customer quotes and outstanding orders.
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory inquiries and product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with SYSPRO ERP is an asset.
- Battery industry or industrial product knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
