Near Me Therapy is a growing, modern multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic located in the heart of Langley City. Our clinic brings together a variety of healthcare services under one roof, including dental hygiene, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, counselling, and community-focused health initiatives.
Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, collaborative, and community-driven. We are seeking a Community Partnerships & Growth Coordinator to help strengthen our community presence, develop strategic partnerships, support clinic growth initiatives, and assist in the development of meaningful outreach opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, healthcare providers, schools, senior centres, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Represent Near Me Therapy at networking events, community functions, health fairs, presentations, and outreach initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborative programs.
- Coordinate community engagement activities and educational initiatives, including Lunch & Learn presentations and workshops.
Business Development & Growth
- Support initiatives that increase awareness and utilization of clinic services.
- Identify opportunities that contribute to patient growth, program participation, and overall clinic sustainability.
- Track outreach activities, partnership development efforts, and community engagement outcomes to provide feedback to clinic leadership.
Program Coordination & Internal Engagement
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community health programs focused on seniors, schools, families, and underserved populations.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all services offered within the clinic to understand patient pathways and improve overall patient experience.
- Act as a positive representative of the clinic's mission, culture, and values.
Qualifications & Experience
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with professional maturity who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Experience: Proven success in business development, relationship management, community engagement, marketing, sales, program coordination, nonprofit leadership, or strategic partnerships.
- Healthcare Industry Background: Not required. We welcome applicants from a variety of industries who bring established professional experience and strong transferable relationship-building skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional networking, communication, and public speaking abilities. Comfortable representing the clinic in professional and community settings.
- Characteristics: Self-motivated, highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable taking initiative to identify new opportunities.
