The Role
You will be a trusted clinical partner to our dentist and a reassuring, friendly presence for our patients. Your day-to-day will include:
- Clinical Support: You will provide high-quality chairside assistance, anticipate clinical needs, and help create a smooth and comfortable treatment experience.
- Infection Control: Maintain rigorous sterilization standards and treatment room readiness in strict alignment with provincial protocols.
- Patient Communication: You will help patients feel informed and at ease by clearly explaining procedures and post-operative instructions within the scope of your role.
- Practice Organization: Keep clinical areas organized, maintain charts/clinical notes, manage equipment maintenance, and assist with inventory ordering.
- Team Contribution: You will help maintain the welcoming, supportive environment our patients and team value.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be a Certified/Licensed Dental Assistant (CDA) authorized to practice in British Columbia.
- Required Certifications: Must hold a valid BCCOHP license
- New graduates are highly encouraged to apply! While previous experience with our specific procedures and software is a plus, we are absolutely willing to train the right person with the right attitude and an eagerness to learn.
Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
