Warehouse Team Lead
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join their team in a fast-paced food production environment. This is a full-time, day shift position offering long-term employment with opportunities for growth.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Some Saturdays are required based on operational needs
Pay Rate
- $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the warehouse team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
- Coordinate the movement, storage, and organization of food products and ingredients
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receiving and shipping activities
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with food safety and company standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience working with food products or ingredients is a strong asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work occasional Saturdays as needed
