Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Shipping & Receiving / Material Handler to support our production and logistics activities. This role is essential to ensure the smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods between our production floor and warehouse.
The Shipping & Receiving / Material Handler will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and assisting with material handling tasks to support overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Safely operate overhead crane to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips and documentation.
- Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, damage, and quality compliance.
- Handling heavy or oversized materials safely
- Move raw materials and finished goods to appropriate storage or production areas.
- Prepare shipments, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating pickups with carriers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock organization.
- Communicate with internal departments via email and internal systems regarding material status and shipment updates.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as required.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
