Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through outside sales and retail sales strategies.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products/services effectively.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to tailor sales approaches.
- Engage in bilingual communication, particularly in Spanish and English, to serve a diverse customer base.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize mutual benefits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and support sales initiatives.
- Manage sales administration tasks including tracking sales activities, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Multilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred; bilingual candidates will be prioritized.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Experience in telemarketing, marketing, or sales administration is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
