Kenora Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette is growing and we are expanding our Service team. We are looking for a positive, energetic, and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a customer facing position where attitude, communication, and professionalism matter more than experience. If you bring the right mindset and strong work ethic, we will take care of the rest. No previous Service Advisor experience is required. Full training is provided.
This role plays a key part in how our customers feel about their visit and how smoothly our service department operates each day.
What You Will Do
You will greet customers, listen to their concerns, and help guide them through the service process in a friendly and professional manner. You will prepare repair estimates, open and close repair orders, and ensure all customer and vehicle information is recorded accurately.
You will communicate regularly with technicians and the Service Manager to monitor vehicle progress and provide timely updates to customers. You will schedule service appointments, answer incoming phone calls, and assist with daily service department workflow.
Maintaining organized documentation, tracking vehicles throughout the repair process, processing customer payments, and supporting a clean and well run service drive are all part of your day to day responsibilities.
No two days are exactly the same, and teamwork is essential.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help customers. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, able to stay organized under pressure, and confident interacting with customers and team members.
The ability to learn new systems, follow processes, and manage multiple tasks throughout the day is important. Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is considered an asset but not required.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

The Service Advisor role is fast paced and can be demanding, especially during peak service hours. Success in this position requires strong time management, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.

What You Need
A valid G or G2 class driver’s license is required. Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset but not required.
