Warman Homes, a division of Warman Home Centre LP, is currently accepting applications for a Renovation Sales Associate to join our Renovation Division. In this role, the successful candidate will promote our renovation products and services while working closely with customers and our construction team to deliver a positive renovation experience from consultation through completion.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, self-motivated, energetic, customer-focused, and committed to building a long-term career in residential renovations.
Responsibilities:
- - Conduct in-home design consultations to understand each customer’s personal style, functional needs, and budget.
- - Assist clients by providing knowledgeable guidance on product options, finishes, and colour selections.
- - Respond to leads and prepare accurate, timely quotes for prospective customers.
- - Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to support a smooth renovation process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- - Provide outstanding customer service, address concerns promptly, and follow each project through to completion.
- - Consistently deliver a customer experience that meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications:
- Four to five years of residential construction experience is required, including the ability to read and understand blueprints.
- - Minimum of two years of experience in home renovation sales, with an interest in current design trends.
- - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- - Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation are required.
- - Professional, personable, and outgoing, with a passion for home design.
- - Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
