Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for an Analyst, Consumer & Market Intelligence for a full-time position.
The Analyst, Consumer & Market Intelligence plays a strategic role in the planning, execution, and analysis of consumer and market research initiatives that support brand strategy, innovation, and business growth across Groupe Marcelle.
The analyst transforms research data, statistical analyses, and market intelligence into clear, actionable insights that guide decision making for Marketing, Innovation, and Leadership teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Lead end to end research initiatives
- Independently manage the full lifecycle of 15–20 consumer and market research projects annually, ensuring methodological rigor, operational excellence, and alignment with strategic priorities set by the Senior Manager, Consumer & Market Intelligence
- Design and execute robust research methodologies
- Own all operational phases of quantitative research, including briefing, questionnaire design, programming, sampling strategy, recruitment oversight, fieldwork management, data validation, and preparation of final analytical deliverables
- Leverage advanced research and data platforms
- Use SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Nielsen, Euromonitor, and internal data sources to produce structured, reliable, and insight rich analyses that support business decision making
- Conduct sophisticated quantitative analyses
- Perform advanced statistical analyses such as crosstabulations, significance testing, correlation analysis, segmentation, and dashboard development for complex studies including U&A, concept testing, and brand related research
- Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations
- Transform research findings and market data into clear, compelling insights and actionable recommendations that directly influence brand strategy, innovation decisions, and cross functional alignment
- Develop high quality secondary research deliverables
- Produce comprehensive secondary research reports and market intelligence summaries that contextualize consumer behavior and competitive dynamics in alignment with leadership objectives
- Act as a strategic cross functional partner
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Innovation, and Sales teams to ensure seamless coordination, share best practices, and integrate insights into product development, brand planning, and business strategy
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, Market Research, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in consumer research, market research, data analysis, or marketing intelligence
- Strong knowledge of quantitative research methodologies (U&A, concept testing, brand tracking, segmentation, A/B testing)
- Proficiency with survey platforms (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA
- Experience with data quality assurance, validation, and preparation
- Applied statistical analysis skills (significance testing, correlations, crosstabs)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business-oriented recommendations
- Experience with largescale data environments (ecommerce, digital platforms) is an asset
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or CPG is an advantage
