- Greeting guests upon arrival at the restaurant
- Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
- Use your expertise in Italian gastronomy and wines to confidently make suggestions to guests so that they have ultimate dining experience
- Proper setting up of dining rooms, including linen, glassware, cutlery.
- Helping others on team with nightly opening and closing duties
- Other duties as requested by management
