Travel: Helicopter or Bus. Travel from Saskatoon to site is paid.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Site Project Coordinator to oversee and support construction projects in a remote location. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving on the fly, and is committed to ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. - Resident of Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba.
- Ability to travel to Saskatoon for Flight / Bus travel to site.
- No relocation will be considered.
Duties
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.
- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and procurement needs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, permits, inspection reports, and progress photos.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or with a team.
- Support logistics for remote site operations, and equipment delivery coordination.
- Facilitate communication across all project stakeholders, including remote office teams.
- Maintain organized records of project updates, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
Experience
- Proven experience in construction project coordination or site management, preferably in remote or challenging environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet), thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Willingness to travel to and live in remote project locations for extended periods.
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with project management tools including ProCore and Primavera P6
- Knowledge of Civil 3D design files and Bluebeam for digital plan review
- Prior experience working on civil or heavy construction projects is a plus.
