Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a licensed therapist with excellent communication skills and a dedication to customer service, ensuring each client receives personalized care in a comfortable environment.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records for each client.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness strategies.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times.
- Uphold all licensing and regulatory standards related to massage therapy practice.
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support client health goals.
- Promote wellness services and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
- Prior experience providing massage therapy in a clinical or spa setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and wellness advice clearly.

Pay: $135.00 per hour
