Shield One Landscaping is a growing lawn care and landscaping company serving Pickering, Durham Region, and the east GTA. We're hiring a full-time Lawn Maintenance Crew Member for the 2026 season.
What you'll do:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns on residential and commercial routes
- Spring cleanups, gardens, hedges, and general landscaping work
- Weed control applications (training provided)
- Load, unload, and maintain mowers, trimmers, and crew equipment
- Represent the company professionally with clients
What we're looking for:
- Reliable and on time, comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day
- G licence with a clean abstract preferred (ability to drive a crew truck is a plus)
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset - we'll train the right attitude
Pay is $18-$22/hour based on experience, approximately 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays in peak season. This can be year-round work: we run snow removal operations through the winter, so crew members have the opportunity to stay on full-time all year.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
