Cadorath is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Assurance (QA) and Engineering teams. As the Administrative Assistant for QA & Engineering, you will help maintain document control systems, support administrative processes, coordinate information flow, and ensure teams have the organizational support they need to focus on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Document Control Support
- Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems for Quality Assurance and Engineering documentation.
- Manage controlled document revision, distribution, and release processes.
- Prepare, format, update, and distribute reports, procedures, forms, and other documentation.
- Assist with data entry, document scanning, record maintenance, and routine administrative activities.
- Support compliance and audit readiness through accurate document management.
Team & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to QA and Engineering personnel.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and tracking action items.
- Support department initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Help ensure information is maintained accurately and efficiently within company systems.
Reception & Office Support
- Provide reception desk coverage as required.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and professional office environment.
- Support company-wide initiatives, events, and administrative activities.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with employees across multiple departments and business units.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to leadership and colleagues as needed.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as business needs change.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or document control role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience supporting technical, manufacturing, quality, or engineering teams is considered an asset.
