This is a full-time, permanent role with compensation based on experience. Work arrangement is hybrid or remote within Canada, depending on the right candidate.
The role
You will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta for a roster of client accounts. This role suits someone who is comfortable in the platforms day to day and can connect spend to outcomes in plain language a client understands.
What you'll do
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Develop media plans and budget recommendations grounded in realistic demand and goals
- Write and test ad copy, manage creative rotation, and run structured A/B tests
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, audiences, and reporting
- Monitor pacing, performance, and budgets, and adjust to hit targets
- Produce clear monthly reporting that ties results back to client objectives
- Stay current on platform policy, especially compliance-sensitive categories
What you bring
- 2+ years managing paid campaigns, agency or in-house
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Comfort with GA4 and conversion tracking setup
- Strong analytical instincts and an ability to explain numbers simply
- Organized enough to manage several accounts and budgets without dropping details
- Understand how to utilize AI to increase performance, but not rely on it entirely
Bonus points
- Experience with e-commerce and lead-generation accounts
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
- Experience writing high-performing ad copy
