The Seasonal Agricultural Worker Wellness Therapist provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health counselling, crisis intervention, addictions support, and wellness services to seasonal agricultural workers across Niagara. Working as part of Quest CHC’s interdisciplinary team, the therapist provides care in the community, including farms, worker housing, and other outreach locations, while connecting clients to health and social supports. The role promotes health equity, harm reduction, mental health awareness, and culturally safe care through outreach, education, and community partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or another recognized mental health discipline.
- Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Fluent in Spanish is Preferred
