JOB SUMMARY:
Technician is responsible for providing high levels of customer satisfaction by performing top quality furnace and duct cleaning and repairs in the homes of our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving Duct Cleaning Truck to and from jobs
Maintaining and operating all duct cleaning equipment
Performing Furnace and Duct cleanings
Performing Furnace Tune-ups (training available)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by being knowledgeable and treating customers with respect and honesty
Maintaining a clean working environment and ensuring no mess is left behind in customers homes
Collecting payments on site
Recording information as needed and submitting to office
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year past experience
Ability to communicate effectively by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer
Excellent customer service skills
Driver's License

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
