Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, and individuals looking to start a career in IT. The successful candidate will assist with technical support, system monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and various IT-related projects.
No prior professional experience is required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Provide Level 1 technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with workstation setup and deployment
- Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals
- System Administration Support
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration
- Create and manage user accounts
- Monitor system performance
- Support network and server maintenance activities
- Documentation
- Maintain technical documentation
- Update asset inventory records
- Create user guides and process documentation
- Projects
- Assist senior team members with IT projects
- Participate in system upgrades and deployments
- Support cybersecurity initiatives
- Perform testing and quality assurance tasks
Experience
- Required Diploma or Degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Administration, Cybersecurity
- Technical Skills
