Team Lead – Cleaning Services
Go2Girl Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Team Lead to supervise and support cleaning crews while working alongside the team to deliver exceptional service. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who can confidently lead by example, build positive relationships with clients, and consistently uphold our high standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Valid Canadian Class N or Class 5 Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience in Canada
- Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Confident ability to lead, motivate, and support a cleaning team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating cleaning equipment
- Own vehicle is preferred.
Paid travel time between sites.
Km reimbursement for using own vehicle.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
