Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing to achieve a pristine appearance
- Use specialized cleaning tools and products safely and effectively to remove dirt, stains, and debris from both interior and exterior surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and communicate findings to supervisors or customers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste and use of cleaning supplies
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during the detailing process
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
