Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission of providing secure storage solutions. The position is based in Quebec and requires proficiency in both English and French.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding storage options and services.
- Process data entry accurately for customer transactions.
- Rent storage units to customers according to Bluebird policy and agreements.
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls, providing support for their inquiries.
- Increasing sales through responding to chats, emails, phone calls and any other inquires.
- Provide customer service to all customers and respond to inquires in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and French.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with data entry processes.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic analytical skills for problem-solving.

Environnement du travail:
- La flexibilité de travailler par quarts et/ou d’effectuer des heures supplémentaires peut se produire de façon occasionnelle
- A l’extérieure-surveillance, nettoyage, et entretien de la propriété
- A l’intérieure-surveillance, nettoyage des unités et signalement des dommages
- Volonté de se déplacer dans plusieurs points de vente.
- Relocalisation potentielle de l’emploi si les besoins d’entreprise l’exigent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
