Role Summary
We're seeking experienced, licensed Security Guards in the Niagara Falls area to join our team immediately. As a Security Guard, you will:
Control access to sites and monitor entry/exit points
Conduct regular patrols
Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and premises
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally
Maintain compliance with provincial and federal regulations
Protect assets against theft, fire, and other safety risks
Monitor client traffic and identify high-risk individuals
Take appropriate action to deter individuals involved in disruptive behavior
Undertake site-specific training and follow supervisor directions
Keep accurate records and complete detailed incident reports
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of security experience (preferred)
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
At least 19 years of age
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Valid driver's licence with reliable vehicle access (preferred)
Clean criminal record
