Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Build Your Own Practice Within an Established Integrative Team

At MuscleRx – Integrative Manual Therapy, we're looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who wants the autonomy of running their own practice while benefiting from the support, reputation, and collaborative environment of an established clinic.
We're not a high-volume clinic. We focus on evidence-informed, assessment-driven care where treatment plans are individualized and practitioners are encouraged to practice authentically.
Available Hours
We are currently able to accommodate an RMT with availability:
- Monday: 3:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 3:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 3:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
These are some of our highest-demand hours, providing an excellent opportunity to build and maintain a busy caseload.

Compensation
We offer one of the most competitive compensation models in the area:
80/20 Split in favour of the therapist
We believe exceptional practitioners should be compensated accordingly.
