Personal Assistant (Entrepreneurial Operations Coordinator)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneur primarily in the operation and growth of a music and media studio, while also assisting with related business ventures. This role combines executive assistance, project coordination, and administrative support, helping keep priorities organized and projects moving forward.
Work may be performed remotely, by phone or Zoom, and on-site as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Organize priorities, task lists, and deadlines.
- Follow up to ensure projects and tasks are completed.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and files.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, collaborators, professionals, contractors, and business partners.
- Provide administrative support for studio operations, creative projects, and related business activities.
- Assist with marketing materials, social media coordination, flyers, and content organization.
- Help coordinate music, media, and production projects from planning through execution.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
