As a Service Concierge you will be responsible for:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
- Monitor voicemails and ensure timely follow-up
- Schedule service appointments and support the service team as needed
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, missed visits, and service satisfaction
- Coordinate loaner vehicles, shuttle schedules, and valet support
- Track and manage customer information in dealership systems
- Communicate with parts and service departments regarding special orders and appointments
- Assist customers with inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary
- Complete administrative tasks including documentation, reports, and database updates
- Provide backup support for reception and management when required
A Successful Candidate Possess:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Experience in an automotive dealership is an asset
- Comfortable using scheduling systems and databases
