The Role
You'll own the client relationship after onboarding. Once a client is live on Clairvo, you're their person — the one who answers their questions, fixes their problems, and makes sure they're getting everything the platform can give them.
This is a hands-on role. You won't just run quarterly check-ins — you'll be in the inbox and on calls daily, resolving technical questions and coaching clients on how to dial smarter. If you like being the person clients actually rely on, this is that job.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding — technical questions, troubleshooting, and how-to's
- Resolve customer-facing technical issues directly, and escalate to our engineering team with clear, complete write-ups when needed
- Advise clients on dialing best practices — cadences, retry timing, dialing modes, list strategy — so they connect with more leads
- Monitor client health and usage, and proactively reach out when a client isn't getting full value from the platform
- Guide clients into features they're not using yet (analytics, workflows, AI call tagging)
- Turn repeat questions into help-center articles and better onboarding, so the same issue doesn't come back twice
What We're Looking For
Must have:
- 2+ years in customer success, technical support, or account management at a SaaS company
- Genuinely strong written and verbal communication — you can explain a technical fix to a non-technical sales manager without talking down to them
- Comfort troubleshooting software: you form a hypothesis, test it, and document what you find
- A fast learner — you don't need dialer experience, but you need to be the kind of person who becomes the product expert within 90 days
- Available during US business hours
Nice to have:
- Experience with dialers, call centers, or outbound sales environments (ReadyMode, Convoso, Five9, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRMs and lead-flow tools
- Experience in telecom, compliance (TCPA/10DLC), or another regulated space
What You Get
- $70,000 CAD per year
- Fully remote — work from anywhere in Canada
- Direct access to leadership and real ownership of the client experience — no ticket-mill bureaucracy
- Full training on the platform and the outbound calling industry
- Ground-floor seat at a fast-growing platform where your feedback shapes the product
