Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately using Greenline software
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Foster a positive customer experience with a warm, professional demeanor
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Certified Budtender with prior cannabis retail experience
- Knowledge of Greenline POS system
- In-depth knowledge of OCS products and regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and weekdays
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required for stock replenishment or display setup
