Duties include:
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Oversee mechanical projects from start to finish.
- Complete routine generated work order requests for repairs and maintenance.
Preference will be given to candidates who have some or all of the following:
- 3 years of mechanical HVAC, refrigeration, troubleshooting
- Valid trade certifications (or active apprenticeship registration)
- B Gas certification
- Knowledge of Electrical Control system wiring
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- Safety tickets such as WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid
