OPERATIONS LEAD / LEAD RECEPTIONIST

Fitness Connection is looking for an Operations Lead to help create an exceptional member experience while ensuring our club operates smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a traditional receptionist position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys organization, accountability, problem-solving, and creating order. You will spend part of your day helping members at the front desk and part of your day coordinating schedules, tracking operational standards, supporting projects, and ensuring important details don't fall through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, dependable, and able to work independently. They notice issues early, follow up consistently, and take pride in maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional member service
- Manage front desk operations
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Coordinate shift coverage
- Track and support operational projects
- Conduct operational audits and inspections
- Monitor standards and follow-up requirements
- Support staff onboarding and training coordination
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Resolve member account concerns
- Support membership and FITPAK processes
- Communicate operational issues to management
